Ana Rodriguez was born in the capital city of Michoacan, Morelia, Mexico. Her family moved to Las Vegas in 1990, where she later attended Vo-Tech High School graduating in 2002 with a high honors diploma.

Ana joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in July of 2003 starting off as the runner and then eventually started helping out and learning more about the claims department. She then decided to attend the College of Southern Nevada and obtained her Associates degree in Paralegal Studies in 2009. Ana now assists Attorney Leon Symanski and handles all of the property damage claims for his clients as well as helping out with the bodily injury claims when needed.

Ana loves to spend all of her free time with her beautiful 3 year old daughter, Liliany. She also enjoys working out, going on hikes, listening to music and reading books when she has the time.



Angelina was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV but traveled between North Carolina and Nevada a lot as a child as her father was in the army. She attended Eldorado High School where she enjoyed participating in both the orchestra and photography programs that the school offered. She graduated in 2010.

After graduating, Angelina immediately began working in retail where she moved up from a sales associate to eventually becoming a district administrator. After four years, Angelina decided to move on to work as an administrative assistant for a construction consulting firm where she first started learning about the legal system. In July of 2016 she joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates as a Legal Assistant.

During her free time Angelina loves spending time with her husband Angel and their two sons, Reno and Raleigh. She also enjoys working out and going on hikes with her friends and family.



Cassandra Homme was born in South Carolina and primarily raised in Montana and Utah. After graduating as a junior from high school in Salt Lake City in 1998, she began her legal career with Gerry Spence’s Utah office, which specialized in personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death.

In 2000 she relocated to Las Vegas where she continued her legal career working in general practice and completed her paralegal studies in 2002. In March 2005 Cassandra happily joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in the litigation department and later completed the UNLV Paralegal Program specializing in Hospitality Law, Contract Law and Tort Law, in addition to completing a program in Private Investigation.

In her spare time, Cassandra enjoys cycling, volunteering, hiking, kayaking, traveling and home remodeling.



Diana Martin was born in Middletown, Ohio. Throughout her life she has lived in many places, including Ohio, Canada, England, Oklahoma, Southern California, and now Las Vegas, Nevada. Diana relocated to Las Vegas right after 9/11, when her job as an event coordinator was eliminated due to the economic climate after that tragic event.

She has experience in a wide array of areas. Aside from events, Diana has been a police dispatcher, has worked in health care management, Real Estate management, with financial and wealth management firms, as well as being a volunteer at the Veteran’s Hospital in Long Beach, CA. She also managed an 82 acre ranch in Temecula, CA where she oversaw the care and maintenance of the ranch and animals. You can now find Diana at the front desk of Craig P. Kenny & Associates. She joined the firm in August of 2016 and enjoys being the first face people see when they walk in our doors.

Diana has one daughter and three sons and loves spending time with her family. In her spare time she also enjoys camping, traveling to new places, attending rodeos, car shows, drag races, and has an appreciation for live music and the theater.



Eddie Kenny was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Eddie was his father’s primary caretaker, caring for him until he passed away in February 2011 at the age of 91. In April of 2013, his brothers gave him the opportunity to live and work alongside them at Craig P. Kenny & Associates.

After graduating high school, he spent several years employed at a foundry casting metal and working on blast furnaces, hydraulics and pneumatics. Eddie’s father was a union machinist for the Norfolk and Western Railroad and his uncle runs the daily operations of the foundry Eddie was employed at. They both passed on their mechanical inclinations to Eddie and taught him everything he knows about fixing things and building maintenance. Eddie is also currently attending night classes at the College of Southern Nevada to become certified in HVAC.

Eddie’s hobbies include playing the guitar and harmonica. He is also a voracious reader. On any given Sunday, you can find him spending time at one of Las Vegas’ ice arenas skating with his nephews. True to his Chicago roots, Eddie is also a die-hard Bears, White Sox and especially Blackhawks fan.



Fabiola was born in Los Angeles, California.  In 1993 her family moved to Las Vegas in search of better opportunities.  She graduated from Las Vegas Academy in 1998 as a French major.  After high school, Fabiola attended CSN, where she completed the Paralegal program and received an Associates Degree in Paralegal studies.  She entered the Legal Field in 2002 working in Personal Injury.

In July 2015, she joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates as a legal assistant. Fabiola handles the majority of cases for our Spanish speaking clients.  She is always eager to apply her legal experience and customer service skills in order to provide our clients with the best service possible.

Fabiola and her husband, Abraham, are the proud parents of three wonderful children, Aaron, Camila and Emma.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and attending church.

Gaby Orellana



Gaby Orellana was born in Phoenix, AZ, and lived there until she was 10 years old.  She was raised in Los Angeles, CA during her teen years and lived in Oakland, CA during college where she attended UC Berkeley as a History major.  Gaby entered the workforce at the age of 15 in retail and went on to work in the GM Auto Performance field, Real Estate field, and the Legal field before moving to Las Vegas in 2021.

Gaby joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2021.  She is the Legal Assistant to Attorneys Jimmy Howard and Paul Kirst and handles the bodily injury portion of their personal injury cases.  Gaby truly enjoys working in a fast pace environment that helps people through a difficult time.

In her spare time, Gaby enjoys hiking and bike riding through National Parks, doing Yoga, and meditating.  She also enjoys gardening and cooking Thai food.  Gaby has a passion for volunteerism and often donates her time for several non-profits including her church, The Gr818ers, and various music and art festivals.



Gina Salas was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV.  She is the firstborn of six children in her family.  Gina went to Rancho High School which is where she met her husband.  Right out of high school she started working at a law firm and has been in the legal field since 1997.

After hearing about an open position, Gina joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2020.  Gina is the Legal Assistant to Attorney Brittany Young but was also cross-trained in reception and the traffic ticket department so she is able to help cover in those areas as well. What Gina enjoys most about her job is that everyone is very helpful and friendly.  She also loves that she gets to help people.

In her spare time, Gina loves to go on family trips with her husband, Arturo, and their two children.  When home alone, she loves to relax with a bottle of wine and watch Netflix.  Gina also loves reading, shopping, and watching Raiders football and going to the games when she can.





Ngai Hing Hom “Hing” was born and raised in Hong Kong. After marrying John Hom, Hing immigrated to the United States with her husband, settling in New York, where they had three boys. Hing and her husband are proud to say they have seven smart and well behaved grandchildren (four grandsons and three granddaughters), ranging in age from 10 to 25 years. One of her grandsons is an MIT graduate of 2011 and one of her granddaughters is an NYU graduate of 2012.

Another grandson is attending St. Louis University while another granddaughter is a singer/song writer attending Berklee College of Music. Although Hing misses her family in New York, she makes time to visit them several times throughout the year.

In 1994, Hing and her husband moved to Las Vegas to open a fine dining restaurant. After ten successful years of owning the restaurant, they decided to retire from the restaurant business. Hing has been helping people all of her life which is why she came to work at Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2007.

She works as a translator to help the firm’s Chinese clients as she is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Taishanese. Hing loves to cook and her family and friends rave that she is very good at it.



Janel Castillo was born and raised in Deep South Texas. After graduating high school with honors, she attended the University of Texas. She worked for several years at the local school district before relocating with her family to Las Vegas in 2003. Janel attended Nevada State College and earned a degree in Digital Arts and Media. She then continued her passion for helping students while working for the Clark County School District.

Although helping children learn was her joy, Janel decided to change her career path. She joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates’ traffic ticket department with a primary focus in customer service. Janel brings many years of experience helping people, utilizing her knowledge and personal interactions, and is dedicated to the highest work ethic standards.

Janel’s hobbies include running, exercising, makeup, reading, crocheting, photography, and design. She spends her time enjoying life with her three beautiful children and husband, who has been her high school sweetheart since 1996.




Jim Perry was born in Oakland, CA and worked as an LA County Fire Fighter for 35 years. In 2001, Jim retired from the Fire Department and moved to Las Vegas. He is a single dad with 3 sons and 2 daughters. He is very fortunate to have 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Jim has been a runner with Craig P. Kenny & Associates since February of 2009.

Jim’s hobbies include reading, crosswords, attending local football and basketball games, and is an avid horse racing fan. Each year, he looks forward to attending the Kentucky Derby, Breeders Cup, Belmont, and Travers at Saratoga.




Jina was born in Seoul, Korea where she attended school for Business Administration. At the age of 24, Jina left Korea to pursue a career in her field in the United States. She arrived in San Jose, CA and lived there for two years while studying the English language. Jina also met her husband while in California and his company moved them to Las Vegas in 2002. Jina worked for First Mortgage Corporation as a wholesale account representative for four years.

She then worked for State Farm Insurance as a sales rep and while working there, she joined our firm to help out our Korean clients part-time. Jina has since left State Farm to work solely with our firm. Jina joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March of 2013. Aside from assisting all of the firm’s Korean clients, she also coordinates clients’ appointments with medical providers and markets the firm.

Jina has three children who she loves spending time with. Jina does not allow herself a lot of spare time. She works as hard as she can to provide for her family. When she does find some extra time Jina enjoys exercising, going to the beach, hiking and taking yoga classes.



Joli Hanks was born and raised in Colorado. She was transferred to Las Vegas in the financial services industry in 1995. She made a niche for herself as “Joli the Loan Lady” and helped hundreds of families purchase or refinance their homes.

As a longtime fan and friend of Craig P. Kenny & Associates,  Joli came on board in August of 2009. Joli’s primary objective as a legal assistant is to ensure that a successful outcome is reached for every client with as little stress as possible. As a survivor of a serious automobile accident, Joli understands what her clients have to deal with. Although she has a sense of humor she takes her job seriously.

Joli and her wife Stephanie share their home with 3 cats. Joli has one daughter, Tara, and is the proud grandmother of Carli and Sean. In her spare time Joli enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves music, theater, good food, camping and traveling.



Julie was born and raised in Chicago, IL. In 2002, her family decided to move to Las Vegas to escape the cold of the Midwest. She is currently working on her Associates Degree in Elementary Education at the College of Southern Nevada, and plans to further her education at UNLV after completing her Associates Degree. Julie has been in various management positions since 2006, and she previously worked in warehouse and retail management.

In 2017, Julie decided it was time to start something new and welcomed the opportunity to work with Craig P. Kenny & Associates. She joined our firm as an Administrative Assistant, and currently works in our traffic ticket department. Julie enjoys working with clients and is a great addition to our traffic department as she is fluent in Spanish.

When Julie is not busy with school and work, she enjoys vacationing and exploring new places. She loves spending time with her daughter, husband and their three dogs.




Karina Aguilar was born in Los Angeles, California. In 1995, her mother, a single mom of three, decided to relocate her family to Las Vegas in pursuit of a better life. She attended Rancho High School and the Area Technical Trade Center where she was enrolled in their Hotel Operations program. After high school she attended the College of Southern Nevada where she was working on getting her Associates Degree in Food and Beverage Management. In 2011, Karina began her career in the legal field as a Personal Injury Case Manager.

In June of 2019, Karina joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates as a Legal Assistant. She assists attorney Leon Symanski in handling personal injury claims. She enjoys assisting clients through what can be a difficult time.

In her spare time Karina enjoys exercising, traveling, trying new cuisines, and reading the Harry Potter series, as well as spending time with her family and dog.



Kris was born and raised in Kenosha, Wisconsin. After graduating high school, she attended UW-Parkside and Gateway College and received a degree in Marketing. Kris has worked in the Marketing Department of Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois serving as Marketing Assistant, Corporate Sales Account Executive and Special Events Representative. She has also worked for Mortgage Icon, a mortgage banker in Wisconsin, as the Corporate Sales Account Manager and Marketing Director.

After meeting Craig and Bradley at a friends Christmas party in Chicago, on a bet, Kris moved to Las Vegas and joined the firm in February of 2004! Although Kris’s title is Marketing Director, she wears many hats at the firm. Aside from marketing, she is also the Events Coordinator, the Case Management and IT Administrator, Building Manager and Trainer.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing volleyball, traveling, cooking, going to concerts and the theater.



Laura is a native of Nevada and was raised primarily in the Las Vegas area. She also spent a brief amount of time in Reno and Lake Tahoe.

An avid Rebels fan, Laura attended UNLV to earn her bachelor’s degree and was a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. Laura also worked in the hotel industry for 12 years before changing directions and joining the law firm of Craig P. Kenny & Associates in March 2003.

Laura’s primary duties as an administrative assistant with the law firm includes greeting clients, assisting clients with traffic tickets and answering the telephones.

In Laura’s spare time, she enjoys watching movies, traveling, hiking, and going to concerts.


Marta was born and raised in Carolina, Puerto Rico. While Marta was attending the University of Puerto Rico for a major in pedagogy, she applied for an open position with the Autonomous Municipal Government of Carolina. Marta was offered a position in the Department of Press and Communications and worked with the Governor of Carolina from 2007 to 2017. In 2017, her family moved to Las Vegas in search of better opportunities.

In June of 2021, Marta was hired as a receptionist for Craig P. Kenny & Associates. On her very first day of work, she was promoted to be a legal assistant in the Workers’ Compensation department. Marta loves being able to help others and learn new things from her department.

Marta and her husband, Efrain, are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Briana and Kariana. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending church, and hiking.


Nancy was born in East Los Angeles, CA, and is the oldest of three children. When she was five years old, her mother packed up the family and moved to Guatemala. When Nancy was 15, she then moved back to LA and started high school where it was difficult for her to learn English. In 2014, she decided to move to Las Vegas to be closer to her brother. Nancy came from a family of coffee growers so when she moved to Las Vegas, she started a job as a Barista where she could use the skills that she was taught in her younger years.

Nancy heard from a friend about an opening at the best law firm in town and she jumped at the opportunity to learn something new! Nancy started with Craig P. Kenny & Associates in June of 2021 as a receptionist where she really enjoys learning about the law.

Nancy loves Asian culture and watches Korean dramas to help her learn the language. She has a daughter that she loves to spend time with, they love to go shopping and watch scary movies together. Nancy also enjoys drawing, hiking, and reading true crime stories.


Nancy Saucedo was born in Mexico City and came to Las Vegas in 1991 with her mother and has been here ever since. Nancy graduated from Desert Pines High School and Area Technical Trade Center where she studied Hotel Operations. She also attended the College of Southern Nevada for Paralegal Studies. Nancy started working for a law firm right out of high school and stayed with that firm for 17 years in the positions of Customer Service Representative, Referral Administrator, and Customer Service Department Supervisor.

Nancy is very excited to have joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in May of 2020 as a receptionist and looks forward to being a part of this great team for many years to come.

In her spare time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband, Juan, and their three children. She also really enjoys dancing and singing. Nancy’s dream vacation is a trip to Greece and hopes to make it a reality in the near future.



Paloma was born in Torreon Coahuila, MX. Before the age of one, her mother, a single mom that wanted a better life for her children, decided to relocate to rural Winnemucca, NV. Growing up, Paloma participated in soccer, softball, basketball, gymnastics, and track. In 2006, she moved to Las Vegas where she graduated from Bonanza High school in 2007. After graduating, Paloma attended Colorado Technical University. In 2009, she became a chiropractic assistant, where she enjoyed taking X-rays, Ultrasounds and assisting patients, many of whom were personal injury cases. In 2012, wanting a career change, Paloma became fully licensed as a life and auto insurance agent.

In August of 2012, Paloma joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates, eager to learn and continue helping others. She felt that having both medical and insurance experience, she would better understand the personal injury field. She began handling the property damage claims for our clients and now assists Attorney Bradley Kenny with the bodily injury claims. She is currently enrolled in school, working on a degree in Paralegal Studies.

Paloma and her husband are the proud parents of three beautiful children Aaron, Natalia and Giselle. When Paloma has free time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, traveling, dancing and encouraging her children that anything is possible.



Patricia “Pat” Martinez was born and raised in Mexico. She relocated to Las Vegas in 2001 with her family from Northern California where she worked in the Traffic Safety Industry as an Operations Coordinator for fifteen years.

Pat joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in April of 2001 and is our Traffic Ticket Department Supervisor. Pat comes to us with great customer service skills and is a great asset to the firm. She speaks fluent Spanish and works as a liaison with our Hispanic clients.

In her spare time Pat enjoys dancing, gardening, spending weekends in California with her four grandchildren whenever possible, and loves going shopping with friends.


Rianna was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She went to Las Vegas High School and graduated in 2018. While in school, Rianna was a Teacher Assistant at Gold Standard Pre-School Academy, Mater Academy and Keller Middle School. She also used to volunteer her time at the Animal Foundation and many NASCAR events.

Rianna joined Craig P. Kenny & Associates in September of 2019 to assist in the Workers’ Compensation Department. She loves her job because it keeps her very busy and it is quite challenging. Rianna loves to learn new things and because Work Comp is so very complex, she is learning something new every single day.

In her spare time, Rianna likes to eat, dance, sleep and watch her favorite television show. She also loves to hang out with her friends and cuddle with her adorable Cockapoo, Charlie.



Stephanie Hanks is a native of Las Vegas, Stephanie is proud of her pioneer heritage as a fifth-generation Nevadan. Stephanie has been serving the legal community since 1977. She began her career as a runner while attending Valley High School. Later she became a receptionist/legal secretary. Stephanie attended Southern Utah State College and served as a missionary in Birmingham, England for one and a half years.

Upon returning to Las Vegas, Stephanie immediately got back into the legal field and began working in the criminal law area and later as an office manager for a law firm specializing in personal injury and worker’s compensation. Stephanie joined the team at Craig P. Kenny & Associates as a Litigation Paralegal.

Having been with our firm since June of 1999, Stephanie is our most senior staff member and an integral part of our team. Stephanie applies her legal experience, strong customer service skills, and her empathy for clients’ situations to exceed their expectations.

Stephanie is a member of the LAMBDA Business Association. Stephanie loves to travel and has ventured to many parts of the world. She likes to take road trips, cruises, and foreign country tours. Her goal is to fill up her passport by seeing a new country every year. She already has a great start over the years as her partner of 15 years, Joli, also loves to travel. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and cats. She also likes playing games (everything from board games to slot machines!), watching the Utah Jazz, Denver Broncos, golf, going to concerts and the theater.



Taylor Kearns was born in Houston, Texas. Soon after she was born, her family relocated to her parents hometown of Las Vegas. In Taylor’s younger years, she enjoyed dance and softball. She played fastpitch softball for several years until a shoulder injury forced her to quit. Taylor was home schooled until 9th grade. She then attended Centennial High School and graduated with an advanced diploma in 2004. After high school, she pursued cosmetology at the Academy of Hair Design but after a short time in that field, she realized it was not her passion.

Taylor has been at Craig P. Kenny & Associates since September of 2004. She is in charge of opening all new personal injury files for Attorney Bradley Kenny and Attorney Lawrence Mittin and helping the client resolve the property damage portion of their claim.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys cooking/baking, reading, and fitting in as many trips to Disneyland as possible.



Ybett Maldonado grew up in a small town in Northern Nevada called West Wendover, but she moved to Las Vegas in 2005 when she was 12 years old. Ybett graduated from Green Valley High School in 2011. She started working at the North Premium Outlet Mall working at two different retail stores for a year and a half each. Ybett then worked at the Fashion Show Mall for a few months before she started working as a hotel front desk agent at The Signature at MGM Grand in 2015.

During the five years she worked at The Signature, Ybett worked her way up to Hotel Operations Manager before being laid off at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. She spent a year at home with her children helping them get adjusted to distance learning and staying up to date with their school work. After being at home for a year, Ybett started working at Craig P. Kenny & Associates as an Administrative Assistant and Floater in March 2021. She assists Attorneys Jimmy Howard and Paul Kirst with personal injury cases, but she also helps cover the front desk and phones when needed.

When Ybett is not at work, she likes to spend time with her husband, Jose, and two sons, Saul and Angel. She also enjoys baking and listening to music.



Yesenia Munoz was born in Zacatecas, Mexico. Her family moved to the United States in 2001 in search of a better life. Yesenia attended Wendover High School in Utah where she was able to take college classes and earn credits at Utah State and Utah Valley University. In 2006, she graduated as the valedictorian of her class. After moving to Las Vegas shortly after graduation, she began working for Panda Express where she quickly became a General Manager for nine of her 11 years there.

Looking for a career change, Yesenia was excited and happy to join Craig P. Kenny & Associates in the traffic ticket department. Using her excellent customer service skills, she loves working with clients and being able to help them out.

In her free time, Yesenia enjoys baking as well as watching Disney movies, going to parks and hiking with her three daughters and husband.
